Refund Policy
The supply of products by KEEPWARM (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, KEEPWARM (Pty) Ltd will contact you with options for replacement of the product or refund the client in full within 30 days.
Standard product warranties will apply as per the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Additional product insurance for transport will be available on request.
You may return new, unused items within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) after they have been delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Process
To return your product, please complete our Returns Form below. Please include your order number and reason for return in the comments section and we will arrange collection of the items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note courier rates will apply (not our web store flat shipping rates). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the item has been received and inspected, and the refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If a product is damaged or broken, you must inform us in writing via our Returns Form within one working day of receiving it.
We will arrange collection of items. Once the item is inspected by the manufacturer, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
